We are in a privileged geographical position surrounded by greenery where you can breathe fresh air and rest in peace, about 10 minutes; drive from the charming bay-Maronti beach famous for its fumaroles, for Cavascura spa, the Olmitello sources of mineral water and healing springs Nitrodi that have proven viable and capable healing properties for varicose ulcers, sores, fistulas due to problems of gastritis, diuresis, as well as psoriasis.

The apartment is nestled in a lush chestnut trees, surrounded by vineyards with fragrant gardens filled with flowers and large balconies, allowing you to spend pleasant and relaxing moments with outdoor dining in contact with nature ...... ideal geographic context!
The property was spacious very well maintained and clean to a very high standard. The owner/manager were very friendly and make you feel very welcome and comfortable. This particular holiday was the best so far and I would recommend staying here for a five star holiday. We will certainly be returning here in the near future. The owner recommended a very good pizzeria in the area which can also be delivered to you and a pick up can also be arranged free of charge. The Maronti beach can be reached in 15-20 minutes by bus with spectacular views approaching the beach. Nearby supermarkets and fantastic bakery shop all within walking distance.

"We were very cordially received at the harbour by Raffaele Marna, who drove us to the apartment. The apartment was very good; a nice private terras, functional rooms, good beds and could get it on a good temperature even without airco (outside temp up to 34 degrees C). Kitchenware was very simple, but we managed. What struck us was following: very hospitable people, a very nice garden with swimming pool and the walk to the bus was along a splendid Roman aquaduct."
